About
World Clock is a free set of clocks, converters and timers. There is nothing to install, no account to make, and no paywall on any of it.
Who runs it
WorldClock.to is independently published and maintained as a web-based time utility project. For publisher, licensing or correction enquiries, use the Contact page. No qualifications, affiliations or newsroom credentials are implied unless they are explicitly stated and verifiable.
Where the numbers come from
Live clocks are synchronised to a millisecond timestamp from WorldClock.to itself, corrected for measured network round-trip delay, and then converted with IANA time zone rules. The page ticks locally between periodic re-syncs. Sunrise, sunset and prayer times are calculated from the published coordinates of each city. The methodology page sets out exactly how each figure is produced and where it can be wrong.
What we do not do
- No account, no sign-up, no newsletter wall.
- No selling of visitor data. Your pinned cities and settings are stored on your own device and are never sent anywhere.
- No invented figures. Where a date or a rule cannot be verified, the page says so rather than guessing.
Corrections
Time zone law changes, and it changes at short notice. If a page here is wrong, telling us is genuinely useful — write to [email protected] and say which page and what it should say. Corrections are made as soon as they are confirmed.
