Terms of Use

Using World Clock means accepting what follows. It is short, and none of it is unusual.

The service

Everything here is free to use, for personal or commercial purposes, with no account and no licence fee. You may link to any page freely.

Accuracy, and its limits

The calculations are made carefully and checked against primary sources, but they are provided as they are, without warranty. Time zone rules change by government decision, sometimes at very short notice, and no site can be ahead of the announcement. Do not rely on this site alone for anything where being wrong is expensive: flights, legal deadlines, court filings, market hours, medication schedules or examinations. Confirm those with the airline, court, exchange or authority concerned.

Religious timings

Prayer and Ramadan times are calculated, not certified. Where they differ from your local mosque or committee, the local authority is the one to follow.

Content

The written material, design and code of this site belong to its publisher. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome. Republishing pages wholesale, or scraping the site automatically, is not.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version.
